SHIPPING POLICY

I am a one-person operation and will ship orders as soon as possible, usually within 1- 3 days. If your order will take longer than normal, I’ll be in touch to let you know. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Shipping Tallow Products:
Tallow melts at around 90–100 degrees. If your tallow product ships during the summer and gets hot in transit, it may melt. This is normal. Once it cools, it will re-solidify into a solid balm. You can use it as is, or re-whip it if you like - the balm is still perfectly good either way.

Please note: I can’t control shipping temperatures, so shipping tallow products during hot weather is at the buyer’s risk.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of my handmade products, I do not accept returns unless there is a clear manufacturing error (such as the wrong item sent or something damaged beyond use). Please note that natural variations in texture, scent, color, or melting during shipping or storage are expected and do not qualify as defects.
